Refund policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and reschedulings are offered at all circumstances prior to 24 hours of session. If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours prior to the session, only the option of rescheduling will be granted. Cancellations will not be granted within the 24-hour mark. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances.
A Pre-Session Form will be attached to an email prior to the student’s first session. This email indicates that the Pre-Session Form must be filled out at 36 hours prior to the session. Failure to fill out this form before this stated period may result in a cancellation of session, and an email will be sent out to confirm this cancellation if the form is not received 12 hours before the session.
In the event of a tutor’s scheduling conflict, you will be notified with the option of rescheduling or cancellation. For any questions or concerns, email Kaleb Condez at lebcondez@gmail.com.
